Project Brief | This period property was stripped back to bare brick and completely reimagined from the ground up. The project included a full rear glass-framed extension, complete rewire and electrical design, alongside a high-specification interior throughout. Fully designed & project managed by House of Margot.
Design Approach | A beautiful period property, designed through a considered dialogue between its heritage and contemporary living. Natural materials including antique oak, stone, marble, steel, iron, leather and wool are layered together to create depth and texture, allowing the character of the original architecture to sit comfortably alongside refined contemporary detailing and a deliberately restrained, neutral palette.
